Data controller

What we keep

• Your email address and first name, passed on by Google when you sign in.
• The planner's content: the names you give the people in your household, and who eats when.
• Your display preferences: the palette and the language.
• For paid subscriptions: a Stripe customer identifier. We neither see nor store any card details.
• The IP address and browser used, for the security of the service and the prevention of abuse. The full address accompanies recorded actions (sign-in, invitation, payment…) for thirty days, after which only its network is kept; the list of people currently on the site is erased after a quarter of an hour.
• The content of your conversations with the help assistant, kept for thirty days. If a conversation is passed to a human, it also leaves by email and then lives in a mailbox beyond those thirty days.

What we do not do

No advertising, no advertising trackers, no selling of data, and no analytics tool to date.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract, for everything that makes the service work. Legitimate interest, for security and abuse prevention. A legal obligation, for keeping invoices.

Processors

• Google Ireland Ltd — authentication.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — payments and billing.
• Anthropic — the help assistant. The content of a conversation is sent to it to produce the answer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in assisting you.
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting.
• Cloudflare — domain name service.

Retention periods

The planner keeps no history: elapsed weeks are deleted automatically. Invoices are kept for seven years, as the law requires. A deleted household is erased after thirty days.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies only: your session, cross-site request forgery protection, your language, your palette, and the referral code if you arrived through a referral link. No consent is required for these cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to processing. Write to us and we answer within thirty days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
