The service

fami.lol is a shared planner for family meals, reached through a browser. Each household has its own address and access reserved to its members.

Account

Access is exclusively through a Google account. The service has no password of its own. A household's owner invites the other members and may withdraw an access at any time.

Plans and prices

Displayed prices are in euros, Belgian VAT included. The Free plan requires no means of payment.

• Basic — €2 a month or €20 a year
• Plus — €5 a month or €50 a year

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at term. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund.

What happens after a cancellation

No data is deleted by a change of plan. Whatever exceeds the new plan's limits is paused and becomes available again if you move back up. If a payment fails, your plan stays active for seven days.

Right of withdrawal

As this is a digital service supplied immediately, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. By requesting immediate access to the service at payment, you acknowledge losing that right once the service is fully performed. To exercise it, write to us at the address given in the legal notice.

Availability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We take daily backups, which does not amount to a guarantee of restoration.

Referrals

Referring entitles you to 20 % of the tax-exclusive amount paid by each referred household, as credit deducted from your next invoices. This credit is never paid out in money. It stops when the referred household stops paying, and it is cancelled in the event of a refund.

Governing law

Belgian law applies. The courts of the Walloon Brabant district have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights the law affords consumers.
